Organic extra virgin olive oil. Bio is a medium fruity organic extra virgin olive oil with a delicate flavor.
From 100% Sicilian olives . Certified by the CCPB body, it is obtained with Sicilian olives from organic farming (without the use of chemicals). The blend is made up of varieties from the Etna area: the meticulous selection of the best olives ensures a unique taste and excellent quality.
Frantoio Scalia organic extra virgin olive oil is produced in October and November by green olives, hand-picked and pressed on the same day with cold extraction.
Pairings
Bio can be enjoyed on fish and meat dishes. Ideal raw, it lends itself to giving an extra touch even to salads, especially on caprese.
On the nose, nuances of ripe tomato and almond prevail.
