How much is shipping?

ThereShipping in Italy it is free for orders of at least 59.00. For lower amounts and for international shipments, in Europe and intercontinental, the cost is calculated automatically on the site (after shopping cart) when the recipient address is entered.

What are the delivery times?

Theshipments are managed in order of booking, preparation, and delivery of the courier. We recommend that you order as soon as possible and indicate in the notes the (approximate) delivery period desired (eg: by 20 December).

  • Traditional national courier (DHL): approx 1/4 days working since it is entrusted to the courier
  • International courier (DHL): approx 2/5 days working since it is entrusted to the courier

Delivery usually takes place by the Friday following the order.

I can pay cash on delivery?

No, we only accept methods ofelectronic payment: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Satispay and many others.For orders over 100.00 it is possible to request payment by phone or email transfer. It is possible to pay in cash only by ordering in person at the pastry shop.

Yes, you can do it directly in the cart. You can write a sentence, ask for the candle(and the number) or a greeting card to attach.

Make home deliveries?

Yes, we serve the whole province of Catania, even within the day for orders (subject to availability).We recommend that you order as soon as possible and indicate in the notes the (exact) date and (approximate) time of delivery desired. Only for deliveries to Catania it is possible to write in the notes a precise delivery date which will be respected as we deliver directly without the help of external couriers.
