The artisan breakfast pastries we bake every day are carefully prepared by master pastry chefs, with around 30 hours of work from the first dough to the oven.

Our artisan breakfast pastries take a long time to prepare, so we recommend ordering large quantities at least 2 days in advance.

Orders can also be delivered the same day (though in some cases up to 24 hours' notice may be required). If an item is unavailable, you can choose a full refund or a replacement in another flavour. You can note your preferred mix of flavours in the order notes; if available, they will be accepted. These items are available only for collection from our shop or for home delivery in the Province of Catania and the towns around Etna.
