Each scacciata is made and cooked in Mascalucia, is vacuum packed and from the day of shipment can be consumed within the next 9 days. As soon as it is received it should be kept in the fridge and to be consumed it should be heated in a non-ventilated oven at 180 ° C for about 7-10 minutes. Alternatively it can be frozen and eaten within 45 days.
