The arancini that we have been making every day in Mascalucia since 1983, now you can enjoy them all over Italy. We ship them breaded and vacuum-packed. They should be fried with sunflower oil in a deep fryer at about 180 ° C, or in a saucepan making sure that the arancini are totally immersed in the already boiling oil. Remember to defrost well before frying!

The arancini are shipped by courier at a controlled temperature. The arancini shipped are fresh, they can be kept in the fridge at about + 4 ° C and can be fried immediately. If frozen at home they can be eaten within 30 days but must be defrosted before frying.
