Delicata (“delicate”) is the woman whose beauty is expressed in simple gestures that touch the hearts of those who watch her, through the sensitivity they reveal. Delicata is our barrique-aged grappa. In it, the fine grape varieties it comes from – Catarratto, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio – “delicately” set aside the distinctive, overpowering traits that set them apart and take a step back, coming together in a mellow, balanced spirit that unites and softens the aromatic and olfactory notes of all its pomace.
Alcohol content: 40°
Ingredients: fine pomace selected from grapes ripened on the slopes of Etna, carefully vacuum-distilled at low temperature. Aged in oak barriques.
