The Ottagono Artisan Panettoni are born in Sicily from 44 hours of work, a long preparation in which experience, leavening and a careful selection of raw ingredients come together in a soft, fragrant leavened cake that is full of flavour.
Every Panettone is made by hand, then signed and numbered by hand by the pastry chef who made it: a detail that speaks of the uniqueness of a production cared for at every stage.
