In our laboratory every day we carefully prepare each cake, giving shape and flavor to the wishes that are expressed. For those who love traditional cakes, the queen is thereSicilian cassata, beautiful to look at with the decorations ofcandied fruit, based onsheep ricotta as per an ancient recipe from Catania.

Among the typical ingredients of the island, the king is certainly thepistachio, protagonist of thePistanut:the delicious cake entirely covered with pistachio grains has a heart in which several layers of soft cake sacher alternate with the pistachio cremino. Love at first taste!
