The Earth Menu is composed as follows:

Appetizers (all included):

Philadelphia savory croissants rocket bresaola
Caponata with modica chocolate
Parmigiana
Cous Cous with vegetables
Chesse cake with ricotta and mortadella

First courses (all included):

Casarecci porcini and sausage
Gnocchi, peanuts, asparagus and bacon

Seconds (all included):

Fagottino alla Messina (capers, olives, tomatoes, crumbs)
Meatballs with sweet and sour vegetables

Sweets :

• Mini pastries or cakes of your choice for about 150g per person

Drinks:

• Prosecco, water, coca.

To organize your event comfortably, use this page to read the menu and select your preferences for courses and service. The price displayed is per person.

Select the type of service that suits you best:

- Served in disposable tray , recommended for events at home with 6/12 people, to be served at home in your own service;
- Served in finger food , recommended for events without session with 12/30 people, is delivered all in single-serving fingers ready to be consumed;
- Complete service with waiters , buffet set-up and with consumables in premium plastic included, recommended for events of over 30 people.

The whole menu is prepared to have an excellent yield up to 2/4 hours after delivery.

We deliver home throughout the Province of Catania. Enter the number of guests under QUANTITY.

The prices indicated are per person and in the cart you can choose if you want home delivery (free over € 59 of shopping) or if you want to collect at the pastry shop .

For all types of service it is possible to eliminate unwanted articles by writing it in the notes, the quantity of the other articles will proportionally increase. For the service with home delivery or with collection in pastry shops, there is a minimum of 4 menus per type.

The menus in this section can be ordered up to 2 days in advance. Only for catering with service with waiters it is necessary to order at least 4 days in advance (subject to availability) and there is a minimum of 30 people. The full service with waiters includes:

• the preparation of the buffet table with fabric tablecloth and various decorations,
• the premium rigid plastic service (napkins, glasses, cutlery, plates),
• cleaning (waste collection and its disposal).
