Every Ottagono Panettone is handmade in Sicily in a process that takes 44 hours, respecting the time the dough needs to rise and using carefully selected raw ingredients.
The result is a soft, fragrant leavened cake, an expression of the artisan tradition of Pasticceria Ottagono.
Every Panettone is signed and numbered by the pastry chef who made it, making each one unique.

Limited production and delivery
Production is artisanal and available in limited quantities. We recommend ordering in advance, stating your preferred delivery week in the cart notes.
Example: “I would like to receive the Panettone in the week of 20 December”.
If no preferred date is given, the order will be prepared for shipping according to our normal timescales.
International shipping: orders can be placed until 18 December.
