Ferrari Trento Brut is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes, hand-picked between late August and early September. After classic white vinification, the wine gains its sparkle through secondary fermentation in the bottle, following the Metodo Classico (traditional method), with at least 24 months of ageing on its lees. Ferrari Trento Brut has a straw-yellow colour with faint greenish highlights and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose it opens with a fresh bouquet of Golden Delicious apple and wild flowers. On the palate it is harmonious and well balanced, with hints of ripe fruit and a characteristic note of bread crust. A sparkling wine to enjoy throughout the meal, it is ideal with an aperitif or with dessert.
