Production area
The vineyards lie in the province of Treviso, within the Prosecco DOC area. From the morainic hills, the production area extends across the plain, with medium-textured alluvial soils.
Winemaking
The whole grapes are placed in a pneumatic press, and the must obtained from the soft pressing, after a first racking, is transferred to temperature-controlled tanks, where it remains until it is used to make the sparkling wine.
Production
With the addition of yeasts selected by Villa Sandi, the must is placed in temperature-controlled vessels, where fermentation takes place at a controlled 15-16°C, bringing out all the aromas of the harvest. Once the desired alcohol and sugar levels are reached, fermentation is stopped by chilling and, after a short rest, the sparkling wine is ready for bottling.

An excellent aperitif served with savoury nibbles. Ideal with steamed shellfish.
