The version with the ricotta and pistachio cremino kit is a real treat, also available as a giant brioche of about 1 kg.

The ricotta brioches are vacuum-packed and shipped by refrigerated courier at -18°C. We recommend ordering as early as possible so we can proceed with preparation (always handmade) and shipping, which takes place every Tuesday for delivery anywhere in Italy by Friday. From the time they are shipped, they keep for about 60 days if stored in the freezer at around -18°C. Thaw the brioches by keeping them in the fridge for 12 hours. Delivery available throughout Italy by refrigerated courier.
