Frantoio Scalia organic extra virgin olive oil is produced in October and November from green olives, harvested by hand and pressed on the same day with cold extraction.
Bio can be appreciated on fish and meat dishes. Ideal raw, it lends itself to giving an extra touch even to salads, especially on caprese.
