Primo Fiore is a medium fruity monocultivar extra virgin olive oil Nocellara Etnea.
From 100% Sicilian olives. Obtained from one of the most prestigious varieties of the whole Mediterranean, the Primo Fiore Frantoio Scalia extra virgin olive oil is produced in October from green olives harvested by hand and pressed on the same day with cold extraction.
In fact, Nocellara dell’Etna boasts unique organoleptic characteristics, as well as excellent antioxidant properties and a flavor that perfectly balances bitter and spicy.
The freshness of the product enhances its organoleptic properties, maintaining a delicate taste and persistent sapidity.
Primo Fiore can be enjoyed on both raw and cooked fish dishes, meats, salads. On the nose, aromas of freshly cut grass and green tomato prevail.
