Sparkling wine with protected designation of origin, Brut.
Production area
The vineyards lie in the province of Treviso, within the Prosecco DOC area. From the morainic hills, the production area extends across the plain, with medium-textured alluvial soils.
Winemaking
The whole grapes are placed in a pneumatic press, and the must obtained from the soft pressing, after a first racking, is transferred to temperature-controlled tanks, where it remains until it is used to make the sparkling wine.
Production
With the addition of yeasts selected by Villa Sandi, the must is placed in temperature-controlled vessels, where fermentation takes place at a controlled 15-16ยฐC, bringing out all the aromas of the harvest. Once the desired alcohol and sugar levels are reached, fermentation is stopped by chilling and, after a short rest, the sparkling wine is ready for bottling.
Food pairings
An excellent aperitif served with savoury nibbles. Ideal with steamed shellfish.
