Primo Fiore - EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 🌎
- Free shipping in Italy on orders from €89
Primo Fiore is a medium-fruity extra virgin olive oil made from a single cultivar, Nocellara Etnea.
From 100% Sicilian olives. Obtained from one of the most prestigious varieties in the whole Mediterranean, Frantoio Scalia's Primo Fiore extra virgin olive oil is produced in October from green olives hand-picked and cold-pressed on the same day.
Nocellara dell'Etna boasts unique organoleptic qualities, excellent antioxidant properties and a flavour that perfectly balances bitterness and pungency.
The freshness of the product enhances its organoleptic qualities, preserving a delicate taste and lasting savouriness.
Pairings
Primo Fiore can be enjoyed on both raw and cooked fish dishes, meat and salads. On the nose, aromas of freshly cut grass and green tomato prevail.
